1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to SmartPlusLab, including its website, online tools, accounts, saved results, guides, and future paid services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Free access and limits
Guest, registered, and early-access limits are shown on the Plans page and may be enforced across all tools. Creating extra accounts or using automation to bypass limits is prohibited. Paid plans and API access are not available until SmartPlusLab explicitly opens them.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harmful content, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, scraping that disrupts the service, or attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security controls. You must have the right to process any content you submit.
5. Your content and results
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant SmartPlusLab the limited permission needed to process it and return a result. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them. Generated or transformed results may require independent legal, financial, medical, or professional review.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Tools, limits, features, and integrations may change, be suspended, or be removed for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, SmartPlusLab disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension, termination, and contact
We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may update these Terms and will publish the current version here. Questions can be sent to support@smartpluslab.com.
9. Geographic availability and legal restrictions
The service is not provided to people located in countries or territories where access is prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls, law, or binding provider restrictions. Availability is based on location and applicable rules, not on language or nationality. You must not evade technical or legal access controls.
10. Your information and lawful use
You may submit only information, files, and other material that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. You must not use SmartPlusLab or any of its tools for crime, fraud, deception, unauthorized access, or to prepare, facilitate, or conceal such activity. We may reject a request, restrict access, or preserve relevant records where permitted or required by law.
