The angle defaults to 90 degrees, and any value is adjusted to a standard rotation between 0 and 360 degrees (so 450 degrees becomes 90). For page selection, enter comma-separated page numbers starting from 1. Out-of-range numbers are ignored, and duplicates count once. If you leave the pages field blank, every page in the document is rotated. The tool processes the file and returns a rotated PDF. It works with any PDF you provide as a file upload. This is useful for correcting scanned documents that were saved sideways, adjusting landscape pages in a portrait document, or fixing orientation issues in multi-page forms. The tool does not require an account. It handles common rotation needs quickly and reliably.
Instructions
- Click the file input area and select the PDF file you want to rotate.
- In the Angle field, enter the rotation angle in degrees (default is 90).
- In the Pages field, enter the page numbers to rotate as a comma-separated list, or leave it blank to rotate all pages.
- Click the Run button to process the file.
- Download the resulting rotated PDF from the output area.
Examples
- Upload a scanned contract that was saved upside down. Leave the angle at 90 and pages blank. The tool rotates every page by 90 degrees, correcting the orientation.
- You have a 10-page PDF where only page 3 is sideways. Enter angle 90 and pages 3. The tool rotates only page 3 and leaves the rest unchanged.
- A multi-page form has pages 2 and 5 rotated 180 degrees. Enter angle 180 and pages 2,5. The tool rotates those two pages while keeping others as they are.
FAQ
What angles can I use?
Any numeric angle is accepted. The tool adjusts the angle to a standard rotation between 0 and 360 degrees, so entering 90, 450, or -270 all result in the same rotation.
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. In the Pages field, enter the page numbers separated by commas, for example 1,3,5. Leave it blank to rotate all pages.
What happens if I enter a page number that doesn't exist?
Out-of-range page numbers are ignored. Only valid page numbers in the document are rotated.
Does the tool store my file?
The tool returns the rotated PDF for download. This page does not make a file-retention guarantee, so check the current privacy information before uploading sensitive documents.
Can I rotate pages by 180 degrees?
Yes. Enter 180 in the Angle field. The tool will rotate the selected pages by 180 degrees.
