Working Days Calculator
Calculate business days between two dates with custom weekend and holiday exclusions.
Run tool
This online working days calculator counts the number of working days between two specific calendar dates. The calculation includes both the start date and the end date in the total calendar span. By default, the tool treats Monday through Friday as working days and excludes Saturday and Sunday. You can uncheck the weekend exclusion option if you need to count every calendar day as an active work day. To account for company holidays or public observances, enter dates in the YYYY-MM-DD format separated by commas. Any valid holiday date that falls within the selected period is subtracted from the working day count. If you enter a start date that occurs after the end date, the tool automatically reorders the dates chronologically to produce the correct count. Use this tool to plan project timelines, verify payroll periods, determine SLA turnaround windows, and track contract milestones accurately across any custom date interval.
